Shri  P.S Shivalkar Former Circle Secretary of N.A.P.E-C Maharashtra Circle   Passed away yesterday late night.He is one of active leader of N.A.P.E.-C from 1980to 2000.  His contribution to FNPO is noteworthy.  FNPO convey its heartfelt condolence to his bereaved family.
