1.   The number of service centers for staff quarter/departmental building working in the Department controlled by Civil Wing

2.   Whether any Superintending Engineers have declared any PCSDs as six day working week, if so, copies thereof

3.   If the answer is NO, the number of leave applications obtained by the Division Offices and leave sanction memos issued in respect of Junior Engineers for the 2014,2015,2016 

4.   Whether any Executive Engineer/Assistant Engineer is having the authority to obtain the leave applications for the holiday
