Subject: Reimbursement of mobile phone charges to
Junior Engineers (Civil/Electrical) and issue of brief case to Assistants in
Divisions
Sir,
We would like to state that in certain
Postal Circles the reimbursement of mobile phone bill to Junior Engineers and
brief case to Assistants (as they are normally attending the court cases and
arbitration cases in addition to their own duties) are permitted. As there is no uniform instructions have not
been issued to the field offices regarding the subjects mentioned above there
is discrimination within the cadre. It
is, therefore, requested that necessary orders may please be issued in this
regard so that everybody in the cadres mentioned above get the benefit
uniformally.
